Firmware-update: Tyan S2462 Thunder K7

silentsnow stuurde ons de link naar de site van Tyan waar een nieuw BIOS is te downloaden voor de "Thunder K7". De release-notes:

Update MP support, add L1 cache to the total cache size display, add Latency, AGP Fast Write override options.

Ik ga em gelijk flashen.
Maaruh MP support zat ook al in 2.08.

MP support zat al in _elke_ bios, maar het is in 2.08 en 2.09 verbeterd.
De grootste verbetering (vind ik) is dat de temperatuurmonitoring nu goed in de bios staat.

Krijg nou niks, dat ik de dag nog mag mee maken dat Tyan tweaking opties in het bios voor m'n board gaat stoppen..
