I haven't seen any sign of my package when Megekko reminding me they "delivered" on 22 July after I ordered on 21 July. I expect to hear more from either Megekko or DHL about the location of the package. It is still a myth to me whether the package was stolen in the process of transit, or it was a system error that randomly marking package delivered.

Megekko said they have no control over the delivery carriers and want me to search around neighbors repeatedly. Not to mention that DHL is just useless. It seems a hopeless investigation that might last forever.

Email response is fairly quick within a couple of hours, which might be the only thing worth mentioning in this particular order. Wondering if I could get a refund for my order after a whole week of waiting in vain.
