Hi,

I was looking for new computer parts and Alternate had the best prices and selection. The configuration planner is also a nice touch and can help in making the right decision. I've ordered from Alternate in the past and as before, everything worked out smoothly.

The delivery was on time. the external packaging this time was a little damaged which is not Alternate's fault, but sinced they packed everything carefully everything was intact and in to notch quality.

Although I only had to reach out to cusotmer service in the past once, it was smooth and they understood my issue perfectly, and there was never a problem to communicate with Alternate in English.
