AlgemeenWell, where do I even start? Don't send in your PC for repairs as I haven't had my PC in almost 12 weeks.
Back in 2022 when I ordered my PC everything went smoothly and fast and I was extremely happy. However, in October 2024 I experienced massive issues with my PC shutting down on its own without any warning. Before the warranty expired I personally brought my PC to them in Tholen, which is a 3 hour drive for me, on October 29th 2024. It took them almost 7 weeks to "fix" my PC and the only thing they did was replace the GPU because the fans didn't work. I opted for an upgraded one for 939 euro. However, the shutting down issue was never addressed (which I didn't know at first). When I got my PC back on the 6th of December they did so WITHOUT my power supply cable. They shipped a cheap replacement cable to me, but still, my original BeQuiet cable was gone and I never got it back. Ontop of that, the replacement GPU now suddenly was priced 20 euros more at 959, which was not the price shown when I told them which replacement GPU I wanted. I normally wouldn't complain about a 20 euro difference, IF they actually fixed my PC.
I managed to use my PC for 1 week before it shut down again (the exact same issue as before) and I was unable to turn my PC on again. This is when I realized they never even looked into the issue for 7 whole weeks and only replaced my GPU.
On December 18th my PC was picked up by DHL and arrived at Alternate on December 19th 2024. This time I was promised they'd look into it faster and fix the issue this time around. Their definition of faster was 4 weeks. I got my PC back again on January 10th 2025, this time with a new motherboard because they decided to look into it this time.
However, of course they didn't ship it without issues. No this time my entire motherboard was put in crooked, with the bottom left side sticking out of my case, causing the back of the motherboard to bend. To many this might sound like just a beauty imperfection, however, a bent motherboard can cause the connectors in the back to fail down the line.
The 13th of January 2025 they sent another DHL pickup with the promise my PC would be instantly fixed upon arrival and I'd get my PC back the same week. It arrived the day after on the 14th at 10:41AM. However, of course they didn't keep their promise. It is now January 16th and I was just told on the phone that they didn't work on my PC yet, and I could probably expect it back next week.
I haven't had a working PC SINCE OCTOBER 29TH. It's now been well over 11 weeks, probably 12 weeks if I get it back next week.
I am beyond disappointed in a company I had such high hopes for when I first bought my entire PC setup.
I swear, do NOT buy a PC here if you ever expect to make use of their warranty or repair service.
Some employees are polite and try to be helpful, others are downright disrespectful and just don't help at all.
