AlgemeenProduct sending was very good. I ordered a laptop with a touch screen. The laptop that was sent did not have a touch screen. I contacted customer services. They responded very quickly, but only to send me a link to (for the wrong version of Windows) as to how to troubleshoot a touch screen (which was no use because the laptop had the wrong screen). I am now returning the product.
