AlgemeenOrdered a set of speakers (27/12), they were supposed to be delivered within a day (28/12) but they were shipped a day late, and thus arrived a day late (29/12). That can happen. But then I returned the set on the 29/12 immediately, and the return was received by Art & Craft on 2/1, confirmed by the track & trace. Now, 17/1, the return has still not been processed and they are saying it takes 14 days to process the return but it may take longer.
This is completely absurd. I want my money back, and it shouldn't have to take three weeks.
Never had such a bad experience, to be honest.
Delivery was late, even though they promise 1 day delivery. Not the fault of the shipping company because my order was processed 1 day later than date of order.
KlantenserviceThere is no phone number. For online purchases you cannot call them. You can only send them an email and pray you get a response.
