"Op werkdagen voor 16:30 besteld, volgende werkdag geleverd" applies to products we deliver from our own stock. Our website also offers products which are stored in an external warehouse and the delivery of these items might take longer. It looks like you ordered multiple items from us with different delivery times. I’m ashamed that you had to wait for more than a month before the item(s) were shipped to you. I’m sorry to hear that we did not respond to your e-mails.

Hopefully it all got resolved in the end and you've received your products in good order.
I'd like to receive an e-mail from you with your ordernumber so I can see what went wrong and hopefully prevent this in the future. You may send this e-mail to webcare@maxict.nl.
