Algemeen"Op werkdagen voor 16:30 besteld, volgende werkdag geleverd" are absolutely worthless words. order shipped exactly a month and a day after it got placed. e-mail communication only works one way, my order cancellation was ignored. money returned in the end after returning. do not pay with anything other than a card under no circumstances, and preferably not one from bunq so you can actually enforce chargeback.
Verzendingorder shipped after a whole month. the product page was "Direct leverbaar" before ordering, and that entire month before they shipped it. but once your payment went through, "Van een of meer producten die je hebt besteld, is momenteel geen voorraad beschikbaar. De levering vindt plaats zodra er weer voorraad is."
Klantenservicee-mail communication works one way. I've been getting e-mails from the shop the whole time, and the shop has been ignoring all of my e-mails.

"Op werkdagen voor 16:30 besteld, volgende werkdag geleverd" applies to products we deliver from our own stock. Our website also offers products which are stored in an external warehouse and the delivery of these items might take longer. It looks like you ordered multiple items from us with different delivery times. I’m ashamed that you had to wait for more than a month before the item(s) were shipped to you. I’m sorry to hear that we did not respond to your e-mails.
Hopefully it all got resolved in the end and you've received your products in good order.
