I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Megekko. I recently purchased a computer component from their online store, but to my utter dismay, it never arrived. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their customer support for assistance, they have shown no willingness to resolve the matter. The lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. They used DHL as the shipping company, which were totally pathetic is providing the correct information. I have been left without the product I paid for and have received no compensation or resolution. I strongly advise against doing business with them as their incompetence and negligence have left me frustrated and out of pocket. This company is not ethical and would never recommend them to anyone.
