I had a price alert set up for a pair of speakers and when I got the message on a Friday afternoon, I didn't think twice and made the purchase. The site was easy to navigate and made very clear what to do and expect.

I almost instantly got a call (from Brian?) saying that the postman had already been at the store, but that they would call him to try to convince him come by again . Later I got a confirmation that the speakers had been sent and that I should expect them by Tuesday. Fortunately, I did get my speakers the next day, on a Saturday early afternoon. This was above expectations.

I wish more retailers would have such a focus on customer service (and competitive prices). Way to go!
