AlgemeenMy overall experience with Hofma Beeld en Geluid B.V. has been highly disappointing. Although their competitive pricing initially attracted me to the company, their unreliable delivery and unresponsive customer service have significantly overshadowed this positive aspect. More than two months after placing my order, I am still waiting for my TV to be delivered, with no clear communication from the company.
VerzendingThe delivery of my TV has been a constant source of frustration. The first delivery attempt on 9/3 failed despite two people being at home. Since then, I have been promised delivery on two separate occasions, but neither materialized. Even now, I have not received any updates on when my TV will be delivered, leaving me feeling uncertain and dissatisfied.

They have not been responsive to my emails, and I have had to follow up with numerous phone calls.
