Majority of my orders were place online and delivered at my door step. I am living on second floor. Shipping team was kind enough to give me a hand to lift the heavy products. And Shipment is also accurately traceable. So you can plan your day accordingly as well.

Customer service is great too. I placed my first order over the weekend so I wasn't sure about the delivery date. I call in the customer service and they guided me accordingly on my order delivery date.
