Ordered a a motherboard that had a waiting time of 3 weeks. The next day I noticed that the motherboard was in stock again, so I contacted the customer service through their own chat box on the website asking if my order was going to be updated too, given that there was stock again. 5 minutes later, the person told me they would take care of it. I also got a call later about another question I had, to assure me that everything was alright. Super quick, super helpful. Received the order in 2 working days. It was my first buying experience with Max ICT and, if they have the rest of the parts I need for my PC build at prices within my budget, I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Ordered the motherboard on a Friday, received it on the next Monday. GLS doesn't seem to deliver on Saturdays. Everything was great, box was immaculate.

Client service was quick and super helpful. Asked if we could talk in English (which isn't always an option) and they tried their best to communicate. It was my first experience with this shop and I was fairly pleased.
