They are the only retailer that offered a sensible discount on the Ryzen 5 5600X during the Black Friday sales and I am happy about that, I have also ordered other things from them in the past and been satisfied.
However, one thing that bothered me is that they don't give the free games/rewards offered by the manufacturer to business customers, this is weird because Megekko does. I wonder how Alternate benefits from not giving these free gifts away.
Additionally, they don't allow business customers to change addresses themselves and this is really silly in 2022. Other online retailers allow this and Alternate really needs to get with the times on this.

I received a custom quote and made the payment right away (22nd Nov), but it still took them 1 day longer to send the product to me (24 Nov). I know that the bank transfer happens overnight so the shipping turnaround time could have been faster.

I am satisfied with their customer service and was happy interacting with Michel who also went out of his way to help me.
