AlgemeenI bought an RTX 4090 graphics card from the alternate belgium store on October 14th. I removed my 3090 video card and installed my new card, but after I started using the video card, my computer started to freeze at indeterminate intervals. The error code indicates that it is related to the graphics card, but it successfully passes various stress tests. I returned the video card to the store where I bought it for them to check, and after about 1 week they said that my video card was working fine (this is not acceptable because my computer had no problems with 3090 and 1060 video cards again), I did everything necessary software. I reinstalled windows (10 and 11) did ddu, did a video card bios update, did OC, did silent mode. In short, even though I have done everything that can be done, the problem continues. I know how to proceed legally, but if necessary, I will go to court and do everything to return the defective product.

Afterwards we advised you to bring your computer in. It has been here for 2 days, before we could start working on your system, you contacted us and said you wanted to come back and pick it up.
We strongly suspect that there is something else wrong with the system, which is why we also recommend that you have your entire system checked by us.
