I ordered 4 items worth approx 500Euro, I received a partly opened package and 2 PRODUCTS WORTH 100 EURO were missing in the package. I called customer care, waited 30 mins to finally connected with an agent , the person when heard me angry disconnected. Again tried again, waited for another 30 mins, somebody atleast responded and tried to help however for some process, she just asked me to wait for 10/15 days for the investigation.
I had to waste my hours still things unresolved. I will never purchase anything from Coolblue neither will recommend to anybody in my circle. Its just became a pain purchasing from Coolblue.
Got a broken and partly opened package which is frustrating and annoying
