Completely unreliable! I tried to buy a laptop from them. They sent me a quotation by email, asking for the price to be paid in a bank account to reserve the product. I paid the same day and sent them the confirmation by email. I spoke numerous times with them that day, they confirmed the product is in stock and can be delivered quickly. A few days later, they confirmed they received the money but said the product is no longer is stock. Now I am waiting for a refund, which, according to them, can take up to 5 business days. So apparently they are selling the same product to multiple customers and then keeping the money with them until you ask for a refund.

Only way to contact them is by phone. There is no real information offered, they just say they will check. Customer service is polite, but unhelpful. When I asked for the name of the person I spoke with, they said "Jeremy", no last name.
