Don't buy anything important to them, if something goes wrong, your are going to wait hours and spend hours and energy to get it.
I ordered a washing machine paying extra for the installation.
Dynalogic first refused to take away the old one and left it in the room, while they forgot to remove the bolts on the new one they just installed which damaged it when we ran it.
I asked then for an exchanged but 3 weeks later and 4 weeks in total now I don't have a washing machine and there is a problem is their system and dynalogic. Since they don't call each other (only via mail and their system) it takes ages and doesn't progress.
For big appliances they subcontract delivery companies with really bad service (like dynalogic) and are not well integrated together. Creating double appointments that you cannot cancel yourself and creates delays. Dynalogic made a double appointment that I couldn't cancelled on their website, Mediamarkt customer support advised me 2 times to let Dynalogic to come to the door and tell them they are not needed. How can you run a business and deal with your customers and suppliers like that?
KlantenservicePeople on the phone are nice but cannot do much if something goes wrong. They can only send emails. They will not pick up their phone to solve your problem with their suppliers or own logistic department. You have to do it yourself.
4 weeks without a washing machine and even not an excuse or a commercial gesture, going for a 5th.
