AlgemeenI ordered a monitor from Megekko on 23rd of January and the cargo had been lost by DHL. I could only get my replacement monitor after 1,5 months, which was an unacceptable situation that affected both my professional and personal needs.
VerzendingDHL couldn't deliver my monitor for 1,5 months and neither Megekko was able to reach them properly. After a long negotiation process, Megekko accepted to send me another monitor via PostNL, which arrived with no problems.
KlantenserviceCustomer service was kind, fast-to-response, and knew what they were doing. However, they were insufficient and very slow to solve the problem, which was not my responsibility. Only if they were fast enough to solve the problem in just one week, I could have said that they were flawless, but solving the problem in 1,5 months is way beyond the schedule for customer satisfaction in my opinion.
