Order was easy to place. Price was good also.
I ordered Triden Z Neo RAM kit. It came to me defective. I have already shipped the product back, now I am waiting for my replacement.

My only downside is I am responsible for shipping the item back when it is defective. I should be sent a label to use instead of me having to pay first then get the money back.

So far though all is good with service. They are nice and easy to talk to. Menus on the phone should be a little clearer spoken, because someone like me who does not speak Dutch can barely understand what is being said on the automated phone line.

The item was shipped by PostNL. They are useless to me usually, they never deliver to my door, even when a signature is required to receive the package. They just dropped this one in the mailbox.

Also It was supposed to be here normal time in the late morning, early afternoon (between 10:30 and 13:00), yet for an unknows reason it wasn't delivered then and was then delivered after 18:00 that night. No reason was given.

But again this is not Azertys fault, they shipped on time and all was good. This problem was with PostNL

They have been helpful so far and are willing to work with me on the problem. I am waiting to see how this service request I have plays out. Hopefully it will be an easy process. I just would like a working product. But I know its not their fault it wasn't working. there is always a chance that RAM is dead on arrival. This was one of those times.
