Miserable customer service, they lost my return (worth €3700) and they say there is nothing they can do. I followed the instructions, used their return label. Every time I call I speak to a different employee, giving me a different sotry, often conflicting with the previous one. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing, they are a disorganised mess, an organisation of profit-oriented thieves. Something goes wrong, blame the customer. Also impossible to escalate anything or contact a manager. No way of doing anything, they sinply refuse any follow up.

You have been warned, avoid this business at all cost!

They do not know what they are doing, they refuse to help. Your package is lost, they blame it on you and refuse any action. Call them as you will, they will tell you a different story every time, no way of talking to a superior. Basically if it goes wrong, bad luck.
