I ordered an e-reader and paid extra for one-day delivery. I waited for 5 days, and still waiting. Furthermore, I couldn't even check my order PDF, it showed an error.
What's the most important thing about an e-shop? Delivering things more or less on time, in good condition. Did not happen.

I ordered an e-reader and paid extra for one-day delivery. I expected it in 2 days because I made the order in the afternoon. Ok. But 5 days later it was still not delivered. And I did not get an email or any kind of estimate. They never warned me if they are not working during holiday days or anything. I was left in the dark.
