AlgemeenBought a Paradigit TUF Gaming R5 3060 Ti gaming PC during Black Friday. They didn't pack the graphics card separately or secured the graphics card with foams. During the delivery, graphics card got loose and destroyed the motherboard and itself. I received a broken PC.
Offered to come their warehouse personally to exchange the broken PC, this request is rejected. Then I sent the PC back on the same day, waited 1 week for the return shipping.
I asked for a new PC several times but they don't respond. Paradigit has the case for 8 days so far and they are not telling me what they are doing or when will I get my PC. Only thing I can see is they started repairing something, even though I didn't want so.
TLDR: I ended up paying € 1.699 to a broken PC and have nothing in return at the moment.
There was a promise for next day delivery, got it 3 days later.
KlantenserviceBefore the purchase, customer support was very active and responding. However, they disappeared after the purchase. They are not responding emails, live chat support is repeating the same things again and again, they send an email to RMA department and wait for an answer, then ignore you.
Phone support is not speaking English, so I can't get any useful information.

The reason we can not receive customers at our warehouse is because we are not allowed. This is the reason why we had to say no to your request.
I'm sorry that your parcel arrived a few days late. Because of the high volumes at DHL our shipping can take a bit longer than usual, this is also something we communicate on our website.
