First of all, this company is not a scam.
For my opinion they are just small company that try their best.
Just like another review, they are have not-so-communicative customer service.
I didnt get my email replied, but they answered my call once! and they were being sooo nice.

Short story, my LG OLED tv still get delivered after a week with no problem.
The concern was only no email updates and you cant check the order status manually.
I only get order email, and email that the tv has been "verzonden", after a week, then I get email from the logistic.

But trust this company, the price is one of the cheapest, and you still get your product!!
So no real complain

Taking long to process the shipment, but once they confirm it, it shipped quick.

Hard to call, rarely reply email. Once answered, they are nice.
