The Article arrived in damaged product packaging , which appeared as if someone had carelessly tried to return a demonstration model of this product into it's packaging , resulting in the product packaging and the article to separate during shipment , the product packaging was damaged (Torn at the Corners ) and failed any initial presentation inspecion.
Since the article is a Birthday Present for a Child , the Customer fixed the damage and detail to the product packaging and repackaged the article in it's now damaged packaging securely. The Article itself was not damaged , but suspicion of it being a demonstration model cannot be discluded.
The External Box which was used to ship the article was in better condition that the packaging of the article being shipped , this was shabby at best , and in the instance of a 3rd party vendor , it would be wise to stop using that source for your customers , it's bad advertising for Alternate.nl , as this will result in most likely being the last time I order anything from your Alternate.Nl ....
