I bought a Pixel 4XL at Belsimpel almost 2 years ago. The phone died so I sent it back for warranty repair. The warranty was taking too long (over 3 weeks) so they offered me a different (used) Pixel 4XL, in a state `good as new`. I accepted the replacement phone. It came in 2 days and the phone was broken so I sent it back again asking them to give me my original phone back because it was already fixed. They agreed with it and said it will be probably sent on the same day. In 2 days, I call them again that I didn’t receive a tracking link yet and they said they didn’t send it yet and that they will send it on the same day. Few hours later, they sent me an email they already sold that phone to someone else.
So then they gave me options: voucher for 375 euros or used Pixel 5. I told them that neither of those offers are fair. They gave me another voucher offer of 477.28 euros or to wait an eternity for them to try to fix the other phone. I said I will accept the voucher if they send it to my bank account because I don’t want to purchase anything at Belsimpel ever again. They can’t do that for some reason so now I am stuck with a voucher at Belsimpel and not wanting to buy anything in there because of all of this. By the way, this voucher is apparently redeemable only on my account so I cant even give it to someone. What a joke
This whole process took almost a month and 12 phone calls (there will probably be more)
