AlgemeenOrdered an amp, and decided to return it. DHL lost the shipment. Called Bax Music, they told me to wait… so I waited. One week later, nothing. Calling them is impossible, either an answering machine answers or number not in service. Sent them an email, no reply.

Impossible to contact them. You have to keep calling the whole day, maybe someone answers. The staff is not helpful, your emails are ignored. This business is a scam!
