I had a large order for a new system and a lot of questions. Made several calls to Azerty and was always helped.
Chose to pick up most of the items at the store and was also helped by friendly employees. (I decided to increase the memory in the NAS, so I had that order sent by mail).
Because I hadn't built a system using newer components I had difficulties, and was helped over the phone to resolve them.
Succeeded without resorting to returning anything and this system is now the crown in my network.

The parts I ordered afterwards were sent immediately and I had them the next day, up and running.

I made several calls and was always helped by friendly staff. The information I was given was sufficient to solve my issues.
