After I had encountered some complex issues with the delivery date, I called MaxICT to try to get the situation solved. Thomas van Spaandonk, the employee who answered the phone made absolutely everything he could in order to solve my delivery issue. What I thought woould be impossible to solve, Thomas made sure he stayed even after his paid time in order to get the issue solved. He was able to quickly make sure my last ordered was cancelled, so he could put a new order in the system for me that would have a faster delivery time, a much ebtter product than what I was getting before and gave me a discount on top of everything to compensate for the issues I had before. This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I ever had with an employee in my life. Quick, effective and furtheremore, he seems like a great and enthusiastic guy, so I even had fun while trying to get the issue solved with him through the phone.
