Shipping delays of a week, ineffective customer support and a poor return policy that puts the costs on the consumer.

I was offered next day delivery, instead my items were delivered 1 week later. this was caused by a problem on their system, but even this interaction was troublesome: they twitter support identified the problem 3 days later, but not until I called their phone line did they fix the issue and ship a day after that.

While they were quick to respond on twitter, it had no affect whatsoever. It took me tweeting, emailing and finally calling to finally get someone to fix the issue and ship the items that according to them were "just waiting in the warehouse".

Upon return of an item not what I was expecting i was told "we will not cover your shipping because it was your mistake".
