First purchase: USB network adapter, instead of 1-3 days, delivered 2 weeks later.
Second purchase: screen shown in stock for 1-2 week delivery, but a week later they email that screen not in stock, delivery time estimated (additional) 1 month or more.
Third purchase: SSD drive shown in stock, but four days later they say the product is not available, and won't be.
When I check, the website showed product is available, but at a 50 Euro higher price.
I don't understant why they show a product is in stock, and make a sell, when it is not. They are just wasting their own time, and my time.
It feels it is a lottery to buy at this store. They often show better prices than other shops, but actually they don't have the product to sell. They might have, or might not.
I don't like to write negative reviews, but all three experiences were such time wasters, incredible.
Product arrives 2 weeks later (instead of 1-3 days), or rescheduled for 1 months, or shipment entirely cancelled.
KlantenserviceI got a response to my e-mails, but usually 1-3 days later. The refund for the cancelled orders arrived about a week later. Otherwise they were polite and they responded.
