We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with Azerty.
From my colleague at the service department i understand that there has been contact by phone today, since there was a issue with the delivery service that is collecting the system from you. As a result, a new pickup order has been scheduled so that the system will come our way.
Of course we understand that this is annoying and we will do our best to provide you with a working system again as soon as possible.
