The delivery process is as many of other, by parcel.
The good thing is that you get the notifications plus they are also environmental concerned, so no new boxes for your shipping, they will reuse packages to put in your package, so boxes have a second life and you contribute to the environment.
I have no opinion about it, because until now i never used it.
