The general experience for buying a product is correct and intuitive: you select the product and you pay. I appreciated being able to be delivered in Belgium (10 € extra which is reasonable) for the product I was looking for which is not available anywhere else at a favorable price (The HP Envy x360). The site is simple but does the job, the interface would have deserved a little makeover I think, too much white and empty at times, but otherwise it does not change the fact that the site is functional, I appreciated in any case that the technical specifications for laptops are complete.

So that's the part where I was most surprised. I needed a laptop for my work and I decide to order on Friday evening expecting to receive my order within a working day, so Monday. I was surprised to receive an email at midnight confirming me the delivery for the next day, so Saturday, which I greatly appreciated. Regarding the tracking, I received an email from Azerty directly informing me that the package was sent to PostNL (in addition to the invoice). A few hours later (so at midnight), I received the email from PostNL with my tracking number and the date and time of delivery. The parcel arrived on Saturday in the scheduled time slot, all well packaged and bubbles to absorb shocks for the laptop. Overall, I greatly appreciated the attention paid to the sending and the tracking of the package.

Regarding customer service, I really appreciated the speed and efficiency with which Azerty responded to my emails. This was my first order on this site, which was originally unknown to me (while looking for the laptop in question, I navigate via the Google Shopping tab and found Azerty.nl). I sent a first email to find out if the site was sending packages to Belgium as I was not sure and also because I did not understand Dutch well. I was surprised to receive an answer within the hour which followed my email and all answered in English since I was not very comfortable in Dutch. I sent a second email the next day to find out if the stylus was in the box of the pc, and same, I received my answer a few hours later in the day. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the purchased laptop which had a construction defect, so I directly contacted the customer service who told me all the steps to submit a return request for refund. All this to say that customer service is top notch and responds quickly and efficiently, which is not always the case with other stores, whether or not specialized in IT. Like everyone else (I guess) I looked for reviews on Trustpilot and Tweakers (and even Reddit) to find out the reputation of the store and I can only confirm that the store is reliable for buying its hardware like a laptop.
