Algemeenthey sent me a broken video card that crashes after 2 minutes in any game.
I've sent it back, they received it, now I'm waiting for them to test it and then send me the money back.
only one week passed since they received it so probably I'll get my money in a few weeks.
I see other people had similar experiences with them, not what they used to be a few years ago.
standard delay due to covid situation.
I was delivered randomly, no update, no anything, luckily I was home.
polite in the email but now radio silence.
probably stretched with tons of complaints.
very possible this is just bad management, not a customer support person to be blamed.
