I bought both my previous system (7 years ago) and my new system here. Both assembled by them, with parts I picked.

Their service is good, replying quickly and always willing to think along.
Furthermore their assembly service is top-notch. You get all the boxes and leftover parts, packaging is very secure, cable-management is top-notch, they even go to the trouble to set your XMP-profile in the BIOS and added in a free RGB strip!

Packaging is very secure. You get all the leftover parts in their boxes. Internal space of case is filled with packaging material, so nothing can move around during transport. Arrived exactly on the day I requested, even though this isn't entirely under their control.

They're always happy to think along, and advise you when you're still composing your system. Their reactions are prompt, polite, helpful, and you don't have to go through multiple layers to talk to someone with technical knowledge.
