AlgemeenI bought the Apple Watch , 2 weeks ago and returned it immediately. Unfortunately MM does not recognise the consumer rights, as they claim that the right to withdraw does not apply to this product. I elaborated extensively that this is wrong by sending them a legal statement regarding this case by the ACM consumer organisation and judgements which proof that the right to withdraw applies.
. They are in possession of the money and the returned product, while the only left option is to file a suite. The costumer service is no help at all as they are not willing to forward this issue or decide to don’t answer in the first place. Worst purchase experience I have ever made.
It is impossible to receive support by the costumer service. I have written 5 emails in the last 2 weeks. Until to date, they replied to none of them.
By trying to contact them via the chat or telephone, they simply close the chat or hang up.
I purchased the product on the webshop, but they refuse to support as the delivery was done by MM Amsterdam Noord.
Never have I ever experienced such a bad service.
