AlgemeenFirst time ordering from Megekko, we all know it is a competitive pricing webshop however, from my personal experience next time I will pay the extra 5 euros and order from a respected webshop with a REAL customer service and inventory management.
The story is I ordered a deal (motherboard MSI Z490 + 10th Intel CPU) with a cashback during the specified period, note that the deal was available at other shops at the same time and during the waiting period. I chose Megekko because it was bit cheaper unfortunately they couldn't deliver my order and I missed the cashback.
The main problem was the delivery they couldn't deliver according to the website estimated time, all I got was emails with extended delays. Until I reached to them with an email.
KlantenserviceNo customer service whatsoever, I contacted them asking for an update then they informed me that the motherboard will not arrive until 28th Jan and it is expected to be delivered on 29th Jan. According to that I will miss the cashback deal (claim period was until 28th).
WIthout me contacting the customer service, I doubt that they would have informed me that it will take this long. All what I got was automated updates with the delays.
I missed 60 euros cashback, no componsaptions only an apology. I opted to change the motherboard to another model.
