Super service and despite the christmas and black friday period the response time was really fast.

I deducted one star because I ordered a benelux model of my tv and got delivered the eastern european one. It came as a suprise since on my order confirmation the model number was clearly the benelux one.

They explained it is technically the same product and confirmed by written mail that they deliver the same support as if the model was from benelux.

They should write the correct model number already in the product description or order confimation in order to avoid unnecessary worries for the customer.

all went well, the guy even helped to carry the tv upstairs.
