KlantenserviceDoesn't reply to email requests on an expected shipping date. Looks like they simply ignore their customers. Cannot reach out on social network platforms - why even put them on contact page then?
The problem is that I've ordered an item from them and the product page said it'll be delivered in 1-3 business days. Meanwhile, after 4 BDs I haven't even heard back from them, the purchase hasn't been even shipped and this shop doesn't give any updates or reasons for the delay.
