Bought a Ryzen 3300x CPU from Informatique last week and it was delivered the next day. Packaging and service was great, and so was customer service (they speak English too), as I had to call them because, quite literally, I did not believe they had the CPU in stock (the 3300x has been a "UFO" almost ever since it was first released earlier this year). For context, I had already bought this CPU once somewhere else only to get a refund because, as it turns out, they did not have the CPU in stock (while initially they said they did). So, as far as stock management and fast delivery goes, Informatique did well.

Delivered the next day and the packaging was good

Took a phone call very quickly and their staff speaks English.
