VerzendingThe delivery happened towards the end of the promised period, which was a bit longer than from other sites, but the delivery person was very nice and everything came safely. It would have been nice to have gotten updates about the progress of the order, and I needed to call up to hear when it would likely get delivered.
KlantenserviceWhen I called to check on the delivery progress, they answered quickly and the person was friendly and helpful.
