AlgemeenBought a defective Microsoft Keyboard from them (Microsoft's fault, terrible product design, I reviewed it already). Opened a return request on Azerty site and their automated email sounds as if it were a warranty request instead, even mentioning partial refund instead of full refund. I reached out to them and I was provided with a return tag to send it back for free. Today PostNL is delivering the replacement keyboard from Azerty (another model) and I'll give the box with the tag on it to them so it can be returned. I hope everything goes smoothly from now on and that the new keyboard (Adesso) is not awful like the one from Microsoft.
Once all is finished I'll change my rating and also add the conclusion here.
Item arrived quickly.
