AlgemeenShopt stuff doesn't know the products. This results in terrible mistakes, like me being given a short-scale set of strings instead of regular for bass. The guy said "not my department" (means he only knows guitar stuff, and bass is too hard or what?). Service was not helpful. Wasted time, money, nerves
Customer service did nothing to help and told me they need a paper check from the shop, but the bank receipt was not enough.
