AlgemeenThis part of the process is good and except estimated delivery day was too optimistic, estimate was 1 week, after ordering this changed almost immediately to two weeks.
VerzendingPackage was lost, tried to contact them three time via email they only responded to the first email to say it would be delivered the next day. Phoned them when the package was two week late, found out the package was lost.
KlantenserviceOnce it was established the package was lost I suggested they send me a new item immediately and have the original package returned to them. They refused, saying they are too small, my company is a lot smaller than theirs and its also affecting my business and I ordered the product over a month ago.
