AlgemeenI have bad experience with customer service. After I was waiting for more then 30 minutes to talk with somebody the lady said she cannot speak english very well and refuse to listen to me. She said that somebody else will call me back but did not happen. Her english was good enough to understand me. She showed no respect and I felt humiliated.
