Aside from the ability to get five years warranty, they have excellent service. I wanted to buy Canon 70-200 f/2.8 USM IS III and wanted to get my hands on it asap, so I visited their store in Utrecht. The staff there (Kees) helped me on finalising my decision. After some time, I noticed that I had an issue (caused by me) on my invoice and called the call centre. They were really helpful and asked me to stop by one of their shops and they could easily help with fixing it, which Amsterdam store did.

I'm pleased with the lens I bought and the service. From now on, I will only buy from Kamera Express from now on and I'll recommend to everyone I know!
