I am extremely impressed with Informatique as a company, both with Sales and Support.
I have had the misfortune of having an old minipc that I could not find upgrade memory for. On the recommendation of the pc manufacturer, I purchased the wrong memory on 3 separate occasions. On each and every occasion, I have absolutely no hassles with the sales or support team. I was only given great support and understanding. I was even provided with some suggestions on how to try to resolve my issue.
Great company. Have been a customer for teh lat 15 years dealing with Informatique.
