The website of Megekko is very comprehensive compared to any other online stores I have checked so far. Especially because I wanted to buy a high-end computer and I wanted to cherry-pick all the components. For example the specific RAM (2x32GB) that I was looking for was only listed at Megekko and nowhere else.

The prices are very competitive compared to another webshop. If I wanted to buy all the parts from another website, it would have cost me at least 150 EUR more.

Moreover, the specification of all the items are very detailed which makes it easy to choose optimally. The interface of the website is also user-friendly.

The process of choosing the items and paying online all went very smoothly.

The delivery of the items too very long. There was an item that initially was on a "5 working days" waiting, but eventually got delayed for 10 days. That is the only complaint I have. However, I must say that during the Coronavirus outbreak, nothing rolls normally, so it was not that unexpected given the fact that all the delivery procedures and online shoppings took a major hit these days. Also, I myself caused some of that delay because I requested a change of three items after I ordered online.

The costumer service was actually pretty good (despite what I have heard in some other reviews). My personal experience was satisfying. During the process (after ordering online), I changed my mind over three items and requested modification of my order. They replied to all my emails (well maybe after 2 days, but still they answered) and cooperated very friendly. I ordered the new items and they removed the previous items from my first order. Eventually, I got reimbursed on my bank account three days later.

I received all the items in good shape without any defect and exactly how I expected it.

So I absolutely recommend shopping from Megekko.

Yes, you may get your items slightly later, but it is worth the prices.
