AlgemeenWhen I ordered something from Alternate, I did not receive the delivery in a long time, even though it was shown as "Direct leverbaar" while placing the order. I also did not get an email with the new estimate. They didn't even reply to my email (where I asked for clarification) within the promised time "binnen 24 uur na ontvangst".
The product I bought was discounted by 10%, so I guess a lot of people ordered it. Still, it seems the system of the webshop is not able to count the number of orders and the number of products in stock...
I did not receive the delivery in a long time, even though it was shown as "Direct leverbaar" while placing the order. I am already waiting for 4 days, even though it was supposed to be directly available. I was not informed of the correct delivery time at all. Regardless of the Corona lockdown, they should send me an email with updated information. Apparently their system is not designed to handle pressure and changes.

Several years ago I asked them another question and they replied on the same day, so they're not always bad. This is happening during the Corona lockdown, so I understand a bit of a delay, but this seems to be taking way too long.
